Wills & Conveyancing
Wills
Writing a will is one of the most important things you can do for your loved ones. Having a valid and up to date will in place means that your estate can be effectively and efficiently dealt with in accordance with your wishes.
A will allows you to make an informed decision about who should take care of your minor children. Without a will, the court will take it upon itself to choose among family members or a state-appointed guardian. Having a will allows you to appoint the person you want to raise your children or, better, make sure it is not someone you do not want to raise your children.
If you already have a will it is important to review it regularly to ensure it still reflects your wishes, your current financial and family situation and any changes in legislation that may have occurred.
We offer a range of services and referral options to put this in place. For more information please contact a member of our team.
Will writing is not part of the Quilter Financial Planning offering and is offered in our own right. Quilter Financial Planning accept no responsibility for this aspect of our business.

Conveyancing
A conveyancer specialises in the legal aspects of buying and selling property. Once you have decided to purchase a new property or sold your existing property you will need to instruct one to carry out the legal work needed to complete the transaction.
Here at First4Mortgages we work closely with conveyancers to ensure the whole process is seamless and completed to your satisfaction in the necessary time scales. We have carefully selected a panel of local conveyancers that we will be happy to introduce you to. Please contact us for more details.
