Toni has a vast knowledge of the mortgage and protection market after building up over 20 years of experience within the industry. He has also managed a local estate agency where he has gained expertise on the buying and selling process. He always goes the extra mile for his customers and prides himself on giving the best level of service at all times.
Nicola Blake
Financial Advisor
With over 20 years of experience helping her clients with all aspects of their finances, Nikki is passionate about customer service and treating customers fairly. She will use her extensive mortgage knowledge to provide the most suitable solution for you. Nikki can also help you with your other longer term financial needs such as investments and pensions.

Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Lee joined the First 4 Mortgages team in January 2022. He brings 30 years experience in the financial industry having previously worked for Royal London, Lloyds banking group & the last 8 years at Santander. Lee prides himself in providing a personal service and will support you through the whole mortgage experience. He will use his vast mortgage knowledge to provide you with the right mortgage and protection solutions to meet your needs.

I joined First4Mortgages in November 2024 as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser after spending the previous 4 and a half years in an administrative role within the industry.
Away from work, I enjoy going to the gym and the occasional fitness competition. I love to travel and explore different places. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as my sausage dogs.

Luis has been our company administrator for the last 2 years. He is currently studying for his CeMap qualification with the aspiration t become a Mortgage & Protection adviser for the company. Luis has a real interest in financial services.
